Towne Retail is a privately owned real estate development company that was founded over 50 Years ago by our predecessor Frank A. Nardo, the son of Italian immigrants, who came to this country with only their will to succeed.  His example of dogged persistence and hard work lead to what we enjoy today.  We continue to build upon his experience, success, devotion to country, strong morals and sound business ethics.

We take an innovative approach to every project by looking at new possibilities to energize the surrounding market with sustained growth and value in the market.  Towne Retail combines a market driven approach with intense hands-on marketing and operations.  We conceptualize, build, market and operate the properties we develop.   Towne Retail aims to redevelop and maximize the true potential of properties while stimulating growth in the market and serving the needs of their local communities for generations to come.

Our most exciting project to date, Cheswicke Towne Centre, is currently in the land development stages.  This proposed development will be a mix of retail, office, hospitality, residential lofts and elder condominiums.  The residential lofts will serve today’s young professionals above street level retail in a downtown setting, whereas the elder condominiums will be geared towards active 55+ in a more private atmosphere.  Cheswicke will employ smart growth ideals, certified green buildings and conservation minded, energy efficient construction.
